March Madness

Today was our 2nd annual March Madness Basketball Tournament...it went great, alot of work but totally worth it! Our ending game was The Ridge verses Hammond Hills......Hammond Hills took our trophy, but we plan on getting it back.....
The only really weird part was when our DJ said "on behalf of the mayor", I looked around for our old mayor, before I remembered he was talking about me. LOL.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day. We started our celebration yesterday....the kids left some green coins in the Leprechaun's pot for him under the tree. Sometime during the night he snuck in and left..........gold under a rainbow....(Rollos under Skittles)...The kids were excited even though most of them were running temps of over 102. We're still sick, this flu seems to be hanging on forever. Culotta TRIVIA: Did you know that if I give my children (the ones who like chewables) the correct dosage of Tylenol for their weight.......that the bottle only lasts through one dosage and at 2.79 a bottle....... every 4 hours.....you can do the math.....

Twinkle Twinkle Little Moon

We waited for the Lunar Eclipse tonight with most of the neighborhood kids on our street. No such luck.....someone forgot to tell the clouds to move for us! We were able to see parts of the moon off and on. (Although.....we did not miss the Beautiful Sunset).

The kids made up a new song:

Twinkle Twinkle Little Moon
How we Hope you come out Soon.
Up above the World so High,
Like a Cheeseball in the Sky.
Twinkle Twinkle Little Moon
How we Hope you come out Soon.
