Past and Present
TinkerToy's were invented in 1914. I love seeing our children interested in the classic toys. Target sells alot of the "old" toys in classic packaging. I love that aisle. Abby also got the classic set of Lincoln logs for Christmas. I am working on making a sock monkey too. The directions for the classic sock monkey can be found here.

Mom and Dad
Like father like son. Now you can see where Jacob gets it. On Christmas Eve Sam's 9 year old self exclaimed that he would like some Legos for Christmas. So, me and a few elves went shopping on Christmas Eve to buy Legos for Sam....... He really is like a little kid opening presents. Abby bought him a set of dominoes because that's the game she wants him to play with her!
Sam got me a Thai nativity for Christmas, I've been wanting it for a while. I also got the updated version of Photoshop and a telescope that takes pictures. We tried to use it last night but the clouds had other ideas.

*After publishing this blog Sam let me know that his lawyers would be in contact with me....lol....

Santa's Visit to Alexander
Alexander played the guessing game this year. He guessed what everybody's present was before they opened it .........bad thing was he was usually right, so before Shay opened his guitar Alex had already told him what it was.
Alex got a RC car and a scooter along with some games for his new Playstation 2.

Santa's Visit to Andrew
He was sooooo fun this year. Sam and I collaborated with Santa to plan the gift of all gifts (at least to Andrew).
Andrew wanted a Sure Fire light this year and a few other things. For those of you who know Andrew he is "brand specific" so we decided to have a little fun at his expense. We gave him small gifts, a football, a toolkit, etc. to open first, then it was down to his "final" gift. He was trying to figure out what it was because it was too big to be the flashlight. His final present was a camo bucket! The look on his face was priceless, diappointment, confusion, etc....then it dawned on him the box was too heavy to be just a bucket. Tucked inside was all of his presents, his SureFire flashlight, Eddie Bauer binoculars and the coveted AirSoft pistols!
